I am an applied microeconomist working in public and urban economics. My research to date has examined how housing subsidies and transport infrastructure shape behaviour and local housing markets. My current research interests include place-based policy and the role of behaviour in shaping the economic incidence of taxes and benefits.
I hold an MRes in Economics from Sciences Po Paris, and a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
In September 2026, I will join CenTax in London as a Research Economist.
